Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact and arrange customer shipment matters based on the customer authorization letter provided by sales/customer service

2. Arrange booking according to the requirements of the ship card

3. Arrange the customer to prepare a container customs declaration plan and notify the fleet and customs broker

4. Document production: Bill of Lading production/AMS. ACI sending/ISF sending

5. Preparation and sending of expense statements

6. After confirming payment, issue a delivery bill of lading to the customer

7. Maintain timely communication of operational information with customers/sales/business windows

8. Complete all operational tasks according to system requirements and specifications

9. Communicate with superiors in a timely manner to address any issues encountered during operations, in order for them to implement corresponding measures

10. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, College English Test Band 4;

2. Having over 2 years of work experience on the US Canada or European routes, familiar with various forms of export operation processes, including designated goods/self pickup goods, able to independently complete operations, handle emergencies promptly and efficiently;

3. Positive work attitude, good character, meticulous and serious, clear organization, strong sense of responsibility, certain ability to withstand pressure and strong communication and coordination skills, as well as good customer maintenance awareness, high work stability, good at learning new things, willing to develop together with the company.
